Why was my PIX deposit declined?

Your deposits must be made from a bank account that matches the registered account holder on the platform, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, rule 7.12.

What you need to check:

  1. CPF registered on your Betano account: ensure that the CPF registered on your Betano account matches the one on the bank account used for the deposit.
  2. Registered bank account: make sure that the bank account used for the deposit is properly registered on the platform.

Please note: All deposits must be made through bank accounts registered on Betano. If there is a mismatch in the CPF, your deposit will be rejected, and the amount will be returned to the original account. Be aware that banks may have different timelines for processing the return.
