According to our terms and conditions, in rule 3.2, your deposits must be made through the bank account of the same holder registered on the platform.
Therefore, we ask that you verify that the CPF registered in your bank account is the same CPF associated with your Betano account.
In case of divergent CPF, your deposit will be refused and the amount sent will be returned to the original account as soon as possible. Always bear in mind that banks work in different ways and may have different return times.
