For deposits to be made successfully into your Betano account, you must first make a request via your account by accessing your Profile and clicking on Deposit.
Remember to make sure that the CPF of the bank account matches the CPF associated with the Betano account.
Next, simply select the PIX method, enter the information required to generate the request, and proceed with payment of the desired amount after confirmation.
Please note that choosing the "Return to payer" option via PIX after a withdrawal will not function as a new deposit request. To proceed with a deposit, it is mandatory to initiate a deposit request and confirm it using the PIX key code provided by the Provider.
Important: If your deposit has left your bank account and has not been credited to your Betano account within the specified timeframe after following the steps above, please contact us by email and attach proof of transaction.
