To ensure your PIX deposit is successfully processed, follow the steps below:
- Request the deposit in your account
- Go to Account > Transactions > Deposit or click here
- Choose PIX as your payment method
- Enter the required information to generate the request
Tip:
- The CPF of the bank account must match the CPF registered in your account.
- The account has to be registered on the Betano website.
- Make the payment
After making the request, follow the instructions to complete the payment at your bank via PIX.
Note: If you requested a withdrawal and used the “Return to payer via PIX” option, this will not be considered a new deposit. A new deposit request must be created and confirmed using the PIX code provided by the provider.
- Monitor the processing
If the amount was deducted from your bank account but has not been credited to your account within the estimated time:
✅ Confirm you followed the steps correctly above.
✅ Wait a few minutes, as instabilities may cause slight delays.
✅ If the deposit still doesn’t show, please contact us and send the transaction proof so we can verify it.
Your deposit will be processed and credited as soon as the transaction is completed.
