Anyone over 18 years old that has a CPF and can verify their identity through facial recognition and digitized copy of id can have an active account, providing that they don't fall under the Law 14.790/23 Art. 26 excluded list. These people are:
- Owners, managers, or employees of Betano or related companies.
- Public officials responsible for regulating or overseeing betting activities.
- Individuals with access to Betano’s internal systems.
- Anyone who can influence the outcome of a sporting event, such as:
- Sports managers, coaches, or referees.
- Agents, attorneys, or other representatives of athletes and coaches.
- Athletes competing in events organized by the National Sports System.
- People diagnosed with gambling addiction (ludopathy).
- Others as outlined by the Ministry of Finance regulations.
Unfortunately, as we are obliged by the relevant regulations, failure to comply with these restrictions will result in account suspension and other legal consequences.
