What will happen to my account and my balance if I decide not to make the necessary changes?

The new obligations will become enforceable from 01/01/2025 forward, as set by the regulator. You will have until that date to make the changes and additions requested, so as not to have any impact on your activities on the site. If you do not make these changes, your account will not be fully operational, but you are able to cancel your open bets and receive back the stake amount and could receive your remaining balance via a PIX transfer to the CPF registered on your account. Withdrawals are typically processed instantly, but in some cases, additional verification may be required, which could extend the processing time.
