Forgot your username?
If you do not remember your username, you can log in to your account by entering your email address in the "Username or Email" field.
Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can click on "click here" next to "Forgot your password?" in the entry field of your account, and you will be asked to fill in:
- Your registered email address (please check for any space that might exist after the email address, as this will be considered as an invalid address).
- Date of Birth (day/month/year).
Sometimes the reset email may take a few minutes to arrive into your mailbox, please wait up to 10 minutes before sending a new request to reset your password.
