If you haven’t received the email with the password reset link, try completing the process using a browser instead of the app.
If you received the link but it’s not directing you to the password reset page, follow these steps:
Option 1: Reset your password by uninstalling and reinstalling the app
- Uninstall the Betano app from your phone.
- Open the email we sent you and click the password reset link.
- Follow the instructions to create a new password.
- Once you’ve set your new password, reinstall the app and log in again.
Option 2: Adjust your phone’s settings
- Open Settings on your Android phone.
- Go to Apps and find the Betano app in the list.
- Tap on App Settings.
- Select Open supported links or Set as default.
- Choose either Open in a different app or Always ask.
- Return to the password reset email, click the link, and select to open it in a browser.
By following these steps, you should be able to reset your password and access your account again!
