I have requested a Temporary Closure of my account, but I have changed my mind. What should I do?

If you have selected a Temporary Closure of your account for any given period of time (24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months), you will have to wait until the expiration of the selected timeframe to start using your account again.

Please note that you can extend your temporary account closure period and/or to exclude more products anytime, with this action having an immediate effect, while it is not possible to shorten the closure period and/or decrease the number of excluded products.
