Close the account temporarily for a short period:
Access your Account, go to Player Protection, select the “Take a Break” option and choose one of the options depending on the desired time. There are pause options of 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month or 6 weeks.
Close the account temporarily for a long period:
Access your Account and go to Player Protection, select the “Self-Exclusion” option and choose one of the options depending on the desired time. There are pause options of 6 months, 12 months or 24 months.
Close the account permanently:
Access your Account and go to Player Protection, select the “Self-Exclusion” option and choose the reason and the “Permanent” option.
It's important to note that if you choose self-exclusion, you can request revocation up to 2 times for permanent self-exclusion and up to 3 times for temporary self-exclusion. Once this limit of attempts is reached, revocation requests will no longer be possible.
