I have requested self-exclusion of my account, but I have changed my mind. What should I do?

If you chose to permanently exclude your account and changed your mind, you’re allowed to request the account reactivation following the below procedure:

  • Email suporte@betano.com  
  • In the subject write: Account Reactivation
  • In the Email, write: 

                - Full Name 

                - Date of Birth

                - CPF

                - Reason chosen for the account closure

                - Reason for Reactivation
