I have requested self-exclusion of my account, but I have changed my mind. What should I do?

If you chose permanent self-exclusion and have changed your mind, you can request account reactivation. To proceed, simply log in to My Account on the website and complete a self-assessment test. This process ensures that you’re making an informed and responsible decision.

Please note that you can request the revocation of a permanent self-exclusion up to two times. Once this limit is reached, you will no longer be able to request a revocation.
