According to our Terms and Conditions, accounts that do not register any activity (such as placing bets) for 90 consecutive days will be designated as inactive. If this occurs, Betano will send a notification 30 days in advance, advising you to access your account and withdraw any funds. A final notification will be sent on the day the account is marked as inactive.
Zero Balance Accounts:
- Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity, provided all documentation requirements are met.
Accounts with Balance:
- Accounts with a balance greater than zero may also be closed after 24 months of inactivity. In this case, any remaining funds will be returned to your registered payment account, without any fees applied. If you need to recover funds from a closed account, please contact Customer Support at suporte@betano.bet.br, provided all documentation requirements are met.
Violation of Terms and Conditions
If Betano identifies violations of the Terms and Conditions or suspects illegal or fraudulent activities, it may suspend or close your account, as well as withhold winnings or cancel bets, as permitted by applicable law.
Betano also reserves the right to refuse bets, bonuses, or promotions in cases of abusive behavior or collusion between accounts.
