There is no fee applied to inactive accounts. If your account becomes inactive, Betano will send you a notification 30 days in advance, reminding you to access your account and withdraw any funds. A final notification will be sent on the day your account is marked as inactive.
Accounts with zero balance:
- Accounts with no balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity, provided all documentation requirements are met.
Accounts with a balance greater than zero:
- Accounts with a positive balance may also be closed after 24 months of inactivity, and any remaining funds will be refunded to your registered payment account without fees. To recover funds from a closed account, contact Customer Support at suporte@betano.bet.br, provided all documentation requirements are met.
