According to our Terms and Conditions, section 6.5, if your account remains inactive for an uninterrupted period of 4 months, it will be considered inactive. Thirty days before the scheduled inactivity date, Kaizen will contact you so you can withdraw your available balance.
If your account becomes inactive and still has a balance, an administrative fee of R$105.01 per month may be charged from the 4th month of inactivity until the balance reaches zero. This administrative fee applies exclusively to your Betano account and does not apply to your associated bank accounts under any circumstances.
You can log in to your account at any time to reactivate it or to withdraw the remaining balance and avoid the aforementioned administrative fees.
