I have made a deposit. When will my funds be available?

Please make sure that:
•  You started the deposit process only through your Betano account on our website or App.
•  The CPF of the bank account corresponds to the CPF associated with the Betano account.

🔸Deposits via PIX

PIX is the fastest and most practical method, however, it may experience instabilities that are beyond our control and transactions may take a little longer than indicated.


🔸Bank Transfer Deposits

Deposits made by wire transfer can take up to 2 business days to complete. Weekends and holidays do not count as working days.


Important: If your deposit left your bank account and was not credited to your Betano account within the specified period, please contact us by email and attach a proof of transaction.

Rest assured that even in case of delay due to your bank's instabilities, your deposit will be automatically credited as soon as possible.
