There could be several reasons why you're having trouble withdrawing the full amount:
- Insufficient balance: make sure your current balance is equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal amount.
- PIX key issues: if your withdrawal is being returned to Betano, there might be an issue with your PIX key. Check if your CPF PIX key is active and ensure there are no blocks or receiving limits on the associated account.
- Incomplete verification: if you’ve reached the maximum number of transactions before submitting your documents, you’ll need to complete the verification of your account. Don’t worry, this is a normal process that all Betano users go through.
- Unwagered deposited amount: any amount deposited on the platform must be wagered. This rule of our Terms and Conditions, is in place to prevent fraudulent activity and misuse.
Additionally, the PIX withdrawal is made through a bank account, which must be registered under the customer's CPF.
