Why can't I withdraw the full amount available in my balance?

You may be having trouble withdrawing your full balance for a few different reasons:

🔸 Insufficient balance: Confirm that your current balance is equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal amount.

🔸 Pix key error: If your withdraw is returning to Betano, you may be having problems with the PIX key. Make sure you have an active PIX CPF key and that the associated account is not blocked or has limits on receipts.

Always remember, for security reasons, at Betano we make withdrawals via PIX by CPF key and this key cannot be changed.

🔸 Incomplete Verification: Once the maximum number of accepted transactions has been reached before documents are sent, we will need to verify your account. Don't worry, it's a normal procedure that all Betano users need to do.

🔸 Amount deposited not wagered: Every amount placed on the platform must be moved/bet. This security rule, informed in point 4.10 of our Terms and Conditions, exists to prevent fraudulent transactions and undue actions.

🔸 Active bonus: If you have an active deposit offer, the withdrawal will only be carried out after fulfilling the bonus requirement or canceling it. Attention, if you really want to cancel, keep in mind that the entire bonus amount will be withdrawn when the operation is confirmed.
