Live Streaming isn't working. What should I do?

To access Live Streaming, you need to meet at least one of the following requirements:

  • Have a balance of at least R$0.50 in your account;
  • Have placed a settled bet within the last 24 hours.

If both conditions are met and the stream still isn’t working, try the following:

  1. Refresh the page;
  2. Check if your device supports the live streaming feature;
  3. Make sure your internet connection is stable.
