1. Restart the app
- Close the app completely and reopen it to check if the issue persists
2. Check your internet connection
- Make sure you're connected to a stable Wi-Fi network or have a good mobile data connection
- Test your connection by accessing other websites or apps
3. Clear the app cache (Android)
- Go to Settings > Apps > Betano
- Tap Storage and select Clear cache
4. Update the app
- Check the Google Play Store for any available updates and install the latest version
5. Reinstall the app
- Uninstall the app from your device
- Download and install the latest version from the Google Play Store
