In the event of a game having started but been interrupted because of a system failure, we shall refund the amount wagered on the game to you by crediting it to your account or, if the account no longer exists, by paying it to you in an approved manner.
If you have an accrued credit at the time when the game was interrupted, we shall credit the monetary value of the credit to your gaming account or, if the account no longer exists, pay it to you in an approved manner.
🔸 Internet or device malfunction
In the event that your participation in a game is interrupted after a bet has been placed, due to a failure in the telecommunications system or a failure in your computer system that prevents you from continuing the game, the game shall conclude on its own and, upon restoration of the system, you may view the outcome of the game in the account page, section Transactions. If you win, the amount won will be credited immediately to your account.
