Game Malfunction
In the event of a system malfunction, all bets will be voided. If a game is interrupted due to a system failure, Betano will take the following actions:
- The bet amount will be refunded to your Betano account.
- If your account no longer exists, the refund will be processed through an approved method.
- Any credits accumulated before the interruption will be credited to your account or paid as described above.
If the interruption is caused by a failure in your internet connection or device, the game will be automatically completed. Once the system is restored, you can check the game result in your Betano account. If you have won, the amount will be immediately credited to your account.
