If you have already contacted our support team but still need a resolution, you can escalate your case to our independent Ombudsman channel. This service reviews cases that have already been analyzed by Customer Support.

Important: The Ombudsman only handles requests related to cases that have already been reviewed by Customer Support. We follow Betano’s policies as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, and requests that do not meet these criteria may be declined. By using this service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

How to contact the Ombudsman?

First, contact our Customer Support team and submit your request. You will receive a Ticket ID as a reference. Please wait for the indicated response time.

📝 Keep your Ticket ID

To contact the Ombudsman, make sure you have your Ticket ID from Customer Support, as it will be required to validate your request.

If your issue is not resolved within the given timeframe, you can reach out through:

📝 Save your Ombudsman Ticket ID

Once your request is validated, you will receive a new Ombudsman Ticket ID. The response time is up to 10 business days.
